Dosage MOOD:
For a good start into the day, take 3 capsules every morning unchewed with liquid.
Usage & effective period:
MOOD should be used daily. 3 capsules contains the optimal daily dose. One monthly pack of MOOD contains 90 capsules. To support the serotonin production, the product should be taken for at least 20 days.

HOW CAN THE PRODUCT MOOD CONTRIBUTE TO MY WELL-BEING?
Among other things, the neurotransmitter serotonin is responsible for our well-being. Serotonin can only be produced by the body itself and cannot be absorbed directly through food. MOOD contains all the relevant building blocks for the formation of serotonin, highly concentrated. The amino acid L-tryptophan is converted to serotonin together with vitamins D3 and B6 via an intermediate stage. Our highly dosed vitamin D ensures that even office athletes are sufficiently supplied and their immune system is supported. The vitamin also plays an important role in cell division.
CAN I TAKE MOOD DAILY?

ARE ANY SIDE EFFECTS KNOWN?
GUARD is a highly dosed product. Under certain circumstances, flatulence may occur during the digestion of the ingredients. In this case, we recommend taking half the dose (one capsule) for the time being and only increasing it to two capsules after several days of use if no intolerance was found after taking the capsule.
