How to use
Spray 4 sprays into the mouth 20 minutes before bedtime. Shake before use. One spray contains 0.5 mg of melatonin. Since SLEEP SPRAY STRONG contains neither sugar nor alcohol and has a fresh taste, it can also be used after brushing your teeth.

Does it make sense for me to try out a melatonin spray?
The sleep hormone melatonin is normally produced by your body itself and released when darkness falls to prepare you for a night of sleep. However, if your body does not produce enough melatonin itself, taking it in addition can be useful. The body's melatonin secretion can be influenced by the following factors: Working at night or in the dark: if you work at times when others are asleep, it can throw you off your game. Blue screen light: artificial light, especially screen light with a high blue content, can interfere with natural melatonin production. Jet lag: when travelling long distances, perhaps even to a different time zone, you may feel uncomfortable due to the time difference and need help falling asleep. Stress: worry, heavy workloads, and other stressors have been shown to put your body on alert, making falling asleep a challenge.
What should I be aware of when taking SLEEP SPRAY STRONG?
SLEEP SPRAY STRONG contains the same active ingredient as our other SLEEP products: melatonin. Melatonin can be taken daily. Unlike most chemical sleep aids, it is not addictive. Adverse reactions or habituation effects are not known at low doses such as 2 mg per night.
What is the advantage of sleep spray over capsules?
As SLEEP SPRAY STRONG is sprayed into the mouth, the active ingredient can be absorbed directly through the mucous membranes. Unlike melatonin capsules, the sleep spray does not have to take a detour via the stomach, which means you can expect a faster effect.
What should I be aware of when taking melatonin?
To achieve the desired effect, we recommend that you take SLEEP SPRAY STRONG daily for a period of two to three weeks. As it is absorbed through the oral mucosa, one dose about 15 minutes before bedtime is sufficient. It is best to start with a small amount of melatonin (1 mg, which is equivalent to 2 sprays). If the desired effect does not occur, you can slowly increase the dosage.
