We believe in the quality of our products. That’s why we offer you a 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee so your purchase from our online store is entirely risk-free.
What is the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee?
If you ordered a BRAINEFFECT product on our site and are not satisfied with it, you can claim the Satisfaction Guarantee within 60 days. We will then refund the purchase price.
Conditions
Please note the following points:
- No refunds can be made after 60 days.
- The 60-day period starts from the delivery date of your order.
- This guarantee applies only once per customer and per product.
- It is mandatory to provide a photo of the opened/disposed product (see details below).
- For multipacks containing several units of the same product, we need a photo showing the unit already opened and disposed of.
- Unopened units must be returned at your expense to the following address within the 60-day period for the refund to be processed:

Usually, refunds are processed within 3 weeks after receipt of the return.

Please keep the tracking number of your parcel safe. In case of loss during transport, it will serve as proof.
- Excluded from the Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Merchandising items (hoodies, t-shirts, advent calendars, etc.)
- Gift vouchers
- Discounted products due to a short expiration date (including Retterpakete/Packs Anti-Gaspi)
How it works:
- Fill out the online form: Submit your request through our dedicated contact form ein. (For multipacks, please fill out a separate form for each product concerned.)
- Upload a photo of the disposed product: Take a photo of the opened and disposed product, along with a piece of paper clearly showing your name, the date, and your order number. Upload this photo in the form.
(For multipacks, indicate the number of affected units in the form, and return any unopened items as described above.) - Receive your refund: The refund will be issued via the payment method you used for your order. Please note that processing may take up to 3 weeks.
