What is the 60-day money-back guarantee?

If you have ordered a BRAINEFFECT product from our online store and are not satisfied, you have 60 days to return the product to us. We will then refund the purchase price.

Conditions

1. After the expiration of 60 days we neither can give you any refund for returned products nor can we send them back to you.
2. Completely emptied products cannot be returned.
3. In case you send back more than one unit of the same product only one of them may be opened to get the full refund.
4. We can't refund any shipping costs.
5. The following products are excluded from the money-back guarantee:

   • Bundles with other brands, cerascreen blood test kits

   • Discounted products due to short best-before date (incl. RETTER PACKAGES)

7. The satisfaction guarantee applies only once per customer and product.
8. We cannot return any products to you if the money-back guarantee does not apply - please ask us in advance!

How to proceed

1. Send us an e-mail to service@brain-effect.com with the following information: name, order number, reason for claiming the warranty. 
2. Send both closed and opened products back to us. (You will receive the address from our customer service)
3. We will refund the purchase price as soon as the return has been processed in our warehouse. The refund will be made via the original payment method. Please note that this can take up to 14 days.

Our products are developed and manufactured with great care and to the highest quality standards. However, as every body is individual, you may not be satisfied with the effect of our products or may not tolerate them. To ensure that you do not take any risks when purchasing from us, we offer you a 60-day money-back guarantee on the above terms if you are dissatisfied or cannot tolerate our products.
