Sure, skills and experience are important to us. But potential, personality and motivation are more important. During the application process we want to know: What drives you? What do you burn for? What are your goals? At the same time, you can take a look behind the scenes: our team, our culture, our way of working and our working environment. Because for us, BRAINEFFECT is more than just a job.
APPLICATION (3 WEEKS)
We receive new applications every day. Of course, we want to evaluate them carefully and review them together with the respective departments. That's why it can sometimes take a little longer until you get an answer.
1. ROUND (1 WEEK)
Your application made us curious. Then we get to know each other better in two 45-minute telephone conversations. First with our HR team and then with the respective team leader.
2. ROUND (1 WEEK)
Because personal fit is very important to us, we invite you to our office for further discussions and give you a short tour. Depending on the position, you will also receive a case to give you a first insight into your everyday work.

The fit is right? You can look forward to an offer within a few days! Our onboarding program and your buddy will help you to get to know your new environment as quickly as possible, so that you can get started right away. We can’t wait to work with you!
You can apply for most positions at any time. From your application to your first day may only take a few days.
However, in order to increase your chances for your desired position and your preferred starting date, you should apply as early as possible.
In our application process we would like to get to know you as a person - what drives you and what you are passionate about, your goals and how you imagine your work with us.
As a young start-up, our focus is on the further development of our company, e.g. internal training or new IT equipment. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that we cannot yet reimburse your expenses.
During the induction phase, we focus on the highest level of practical experience through on-the-job training.
In the first week you will get to know your team and our general processes. A buddy is always available to help you with advice and support. After that you will be assigned small sub-projects step by step.
With the help of our regular 360° feedback, we take your wishes and needs into consideration.
If you start with us, whether as a permanent employee or intern, we will provide you with an equipped workstation including the necessary IT equipment.
Internally, we mainly use Windows. If you prefer to use your own PC, you are welcome to bring it along.

During your time with us, we will expand your field of work and responsibility step by step. Through regular 360° feedback, we adapt to your individual wishes and needs.
In addition, our BRAINEFFECT Academy and our own contingent for workshops and coaching ensure that our team members constantly receive new input - professionally and personally.
