How it all started
BRAINEFFECT’s journey began with a restless night.
Our founder, former athlete Fabian Foelsch, was kept awake by stress and sleeplessness. In his search for answers, he discovered the world of biohacking – and how nutrition is the key not only to physical performance, but also to deep sleep and mental balance. Out of this realization, BRAINEFFECT was founded in 2016: built on the conviction that a strong, happy mind needs the right nutrients to truly thrive.
Today, we continue this mission as part of the Schwabe Group. Backed by their heritage in natural health, we are scaling from a bold start-up to a powerful scale-up – combining agility and speed with the strength of a global leader. Our vision remains clear: A good life is a healthy life.
