Payment and Shipping Information
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain.
Shipping is excluded to the following islands and territories: French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, New Caledonia, Réunion, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Barthélemy & Saint Martin, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla, Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Sint Eustatius & Sint Maarten.
Shipping Costs (incl. VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
- We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order.
- Free shipping on orders over €49.00.
International Deliveries:
We charge the following flat shipping fees:
- Delivery to Austria and France: 4,90 €
Free shipping on orders over 49,00 € - Delivery to Switzerland: 9,90 €
- Delivery to other countries: 6,90 €
Free shipping on orders over 49,00 €
For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland), additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are not included in the purchase price. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds by the seller are excluded.
Delivery Time
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, domestic delivery (within Germany) takes place within 1–3 days, and international deliveries within 3–10 days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of prepayment, after your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one parcel unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
