Usage:

Each pack of VEGAN OMEGA 3 contains 60 capsules. VEGAN BASICS contains 90 capsules. We recommend that you take a maximum of two capsules of VEGAN OMEGA 3 every day with sufficient liquid. One capsule of VEGAN BASICS per day is sufficient. Here too you should make sure that you drink plenty of liquid.

WHEN IS VEGAN COMPLETE SUITABLE FOR ME?

With a vegetarian or vegan diet, important nutrients may be missed out if you eat an unbalanced diet. WHAT ARE OMEGA-3 FATTY ACIDS?

Omega-3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fatty acids (also called PUFA = Poly Unsaturated Fatty Acids). The most important representatives are DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), which are mainly found in fatty fish, algae and seeds.

WHERE DO THE FATTY ACIDS IN VEGAN OMEGA-3 COME FROM?

The omega-3 fatty acids are extracted from the algae Schizochytrium sp. This type of algae does not need light and feeds on plants in its environment. It is characteristically rich in the valuable omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA.

HOW DO I PREVENT A NUTRIENT DEFICIENCY IN VEGAN DIETS?

With a purely vegetable diet, animal products are avoided. However, since meat and dairy products are rich in many microelements, vegans may experience a nutrient deficiency.
