Iron & Magnesium
The minerals iron and magnesium are particularly helpful during your period: magnesium supports the muscles, while iron contributes to blood formation. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.
B vitamins
The vitamin trio for more balance: Vitamin B6 has been shown to help regulate hormone activity, while thiamine and folic acid support mental balance.
