Obviously, skills and experience are important to us. However, your potential, personality and motivation are even more important to us. During the application process we want to get to know you. What motivates you? What are your passions? What are your goals? At the same time, we give you the chance to take a look behind the scenes: our team, our culture, our way of working and our working environment. Because BRAINEFFECT is more than just a job for us.

    We aspire to evolve constantly, both professionally and personally. Responsibility from the first day as well as challenging projects and coaching let us grow beyond ourselves.
  • 1st ROUND (1 WEEK)
    Your application has made us curious. Now, we get to know each other better in two 45-minute phone calls. First with our HR team and afterwards with the respective team leader.
  • 2nd ROUND (1 WEEK)
    It’s very important to us that we fit on a personal level. That’s why we invite you to our office for a further interview. A small guided tour is included. Depending on the position, you will also receive a case, which will give you an initial insight into your daily work routine.
    It's a perfect fit? Then, your phone will ring within a few days and you can look forward to an offer. Our onboarding program and your buddy will help you to get to know your new environment as quickly as possible, so you can get started in the best away.


When should I apply?

You can apply for most positions at any time. From your application to your first day, there may be only a few days.
However, in order to increase your chances to get your desired position and your preferred start date, you should apply as early as possible.

How can I prepare for the interviews?

During our application process, we especially want to get to know YOU as a person, apart from your abilities and experiences. – What motivates you? What are you burning for? What are your goal? And of course: how do you imagine working with us?

Does braineffect cover my travel expenses?

As a young start-up, our focus is on the further development of our company, e.g. internal training or a new IT equipment. Therefore, we apologize for not being able to refund your expenses at the moment.

How does the Onboarding-process look like?

When it comes to the initial training, we focus on the highest level of practice.

During the first week, you will get to know your team and the general internal processes. A buddy will help you at any time with words and deeds. After that, small sub-projects are transferred to you step by step.

Thanks to our regular 180° feedback, we take into account your wishes and Needs.

What Equipment is provided?

When you start with us, whether as a permanent employee or an intern, a well-established workplace, including the required IT, is set up for you. 
Internally, we mostly use Windows. If you prefer to use your own PC, you can bring it with you of course.

If you need further equipment, feel free to contact us before your start.

What development prospects are there at braineffect?

During your time with us we will gradually expand your scope of duties and responsibilities. Through regular 180° feedback, we adapt individually to your wishes and needs.

With our BRAINEFFECT Academy and our own contingent for workshops and coaching, we additionally ensure that our team members receive ongoing input - both professionally and personally.
